### `registerAndInitializeRootConfigAttributes( editor ) → void` _(internal)_

Registers and initializes root attributes from the editor configuration:

* the attributes from [`config.root(s).<rootName>.modelAttributes`](module_core_editor_editorconfig-RootConfig.md#member-modelAttributes), and
* the [`description`](module_core_editor_editorconfig-RootConfig.md#member-description) and [`title`](module_core_editor_editorconfig-RootConfig.md#member-title) fields, stored as the `$description` and `$title` root attributes respectively.
