### `fetch( params ) → Promise<Array<EmojiEntry>>`

Fetches emoji data for `url`, runs it through `transform`, and caches the result. At most one HTTP request is issued per unique `[url, ...cacheKeys]` combination. Returns `[]` on network or HTTP failure.
